Plastic waste is just one of them. Chikara Cambodia is addressing these challenges through education, awareness raising and strengthening local communities. We do this by supporting disadvantaged young people to study, giving environmental workshops at schools, and by encouraging children to collect plastic waste for recycling. We also share innovative environmental solutions in the Chikara Innovation Centre. They also collect hundreds of rice sacks containing plastic waste that we recycle and turn into learning materials. We want to visit many more schools and recycle even more plastic.
